Neo Matloga

Availble are signed limited edition prints by the South African artist Neo Matloga (1993),  based in South Africa and Amsterdam. After studying visual art at the University of Johannesburg he ao followed a residency programme at De Ateliers in Amsterdam, and in 2018 won the Royal Award for Modern Painting (Koninklijke Prijs voor de Vrije Schilderkunst). The South African artist, who was born one year before the official end of the apartheid, is known for his monochromatic collages presenting vivid images loaded with both intimacy and politics. His work has been exhibited in international museum and gallery exhibitions.
